Our Founder and Managing Associate, Sue Mbaya has over 18 years of experience in shaping and implementing development policies. She is recognised and respected for her deep knowledge and contribution to development policy diplomacy and her strong leadership in Africa among politician, policy practitioner, development and private sector constituencies. Sue Mbaya’s broad experience together with her commitment to building relationships has enabled SM & Associates to assemble a steadily growing network of associates drawn from Africa, Europe, Asia and North America. SM & Associates leverages the vast expertise resident in this network of Associates in public policy and government and non-government relations to help its clients to navigate the world of policy and politics and to derive the maximum benefit for their stakeholders.
